Travel Trailers

Travel trailers are available in many different sizes, from a small single room unit up to a large muti-room unit with all the comforts of home. Travel trailers range in length from 10 feet to 35 feet long. Some travel trailers feature a slideout that expands the available living space. Travel trailers do not have an engine or transmission of their own and must be towed by another vehicle to the desired location. Usually the towing vehicle should be equipped with some from of anti-sway device which limits the effect of back and forth motion on the trailer. However, for the smaller models, any standard vehicle with a good hitch should be able to do the job. Most travel trailers provide many amenities that you would find in your own home including a small kitchen, refrigerator, heating and air conditioning, a bathroom, and power outlets for your appliances.
